Kevin Leary’s culinary journey with Mission began in 2007 at Mission Oak Grill in Newburyport, where he started as a sauté cook. From the very beginning, Kevin’s creativity, dedication, and passion for the craft set him apart. With an instinctive flair for flavor and an unstoppable drive, he worked closely with several executive chefs throughout his career—most notably alongside Wellington Augusto, where he refined his skills and expanded his culinary perspective.

Kevin's talent and leadership in the kitchen quickly earned him a promotion to Executive Chef. After continuing to grow his career beyond Mission, Kevin returned in 2021 to join the Mission Management Group once again—this time bringing his energy, vision, and commitment to excellence to Mission On Fire. With Kevin at the helm, guests can expect bold flavors, inspired dishes, and a true celebration of culinary creativity.
